To register and maintain an Account on b9app, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. b9app does not guarantee lawful access in any specific territory and accepts no liability for User access from prohibited jurisdictions.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, email address, payment method, device fingerprint or IP address — will be treated as duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus balances will be voided.
Individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order — whether initiated by the User through b9app or through another recognised scheme — are not eligible to register or maintain an Account during the exclusion period.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. b9app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false, misleading or incomplete information has been provided, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.
Registration on b9app requires the submission of personal details including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address or mobile number. Upon registration, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process before deposits, withdrawals or certain Platform features become available.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. b9app strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify b9app immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting us at the email address set out in Clause 16.
b9app accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you unless you have notified us of a security breach in writing prior to such activity occurring.
Security Tip: Never share your b9app password with anyone, including b9app support staff. Legitimate support agents will never ask for your full password. Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on other platforms.
b9app facilitates PKR-denominated transactions for eligible Users. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual deposit and withdrawal options. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the operator's current supported methods, regulatory constraints and the User's account verification status.

Withdrawal requests on b9app are subject to the following conditions. Users must satisfy all applicable requirements before a withdrawal will be approved and processed.
Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership. b9app reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, in accordance with the specific bonus terms.
Processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet and mobile wallet withdrawals typically process within hours to one business day, subject to operator review. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one to five business days. These are indicative timelines only — actual processing may take longer during periods of high volume, public holidays or where additional compliance checks are required. No processing speed is guaranteed.
b9app operates a same-method withdrawal policy where technically feasible. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be offered subject to additional verification.

In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this Clause, the specific offer's terms shall prevail for that offer only.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game or market. General betting rules applicable across the Platform include the following:
A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has issued a confirmation receipt. Bets pending confirmation are not guaranteed. Where a wager cannot be confirmed due to a technical fault, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the User's account balance.
b9app reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, which are defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with the market at the time of placement as the result of a technical error. Users who recognise erroneous odds are obligated to report them rather than exploit them; exploitation of erroneous odds constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 10.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, suspended or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Where no rule applies, unsettled bets on abandoned events will typically be voided and stakes returned. Cricket events such as PSL matches or ICC tournaments affected by weather or other stoppages will be settled in accordance with b9app's published cricket betting rules.
All bets and game rounds are denominated in PKR for eligible Users. Where currency conversion occurs, the exchange rate applied is the operator's rate at the time of the transaction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b9app Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may result in legal action:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: Where b9app determines — at its reasonable discretion — that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, void pending bets and bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Determinations are final and binding subject to any formal dispute process available under these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9app's total liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall be limited to the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
b9app reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, b9app will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a Platform notification to registered Users. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your Account via the support channel set out in Clause 16.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9app holds its operating licence. b9app does not represent that the Platform is operated under Pakistani law or that Pakistani law governs these Terms.
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the outcome of a game, or the application of these Terms, you must contact b9app's support team in the first instance. b9app will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, b9app may refer the matter to an independent adjudicator in accordance with its licensing obligations.
b9app's determination on disputes relating to betting outcomes, game results and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject to any right of review afforded by the applicable regulatory framework.
